Begin your Reiki journey with thorough, supportive training, offering a strong foundation for your practice. Traditionally taught with in-person Reiju (‘attunement’) in the Japanese apprentice-style, with ongoing practice and mentoring opportunities (in-person and on-line).
Shoden Reiki offers a beginning understanding of reiki with a focus on practicing self-reiki for self-care and mind-body improvement (shin shin kaizen). Self-reiki promotes balance for mind-body-spirit, a sense of calm, inner peace, increased self-awareness, and self-healing.
No matter what degree of Reiki Training one attains, one always comes back to self, self-reiki. For when we are in good balance and good health, we are better able to offer reiki to others.
