Reiki will be offered to residents for improved comfort and increased calm. Sign up through the activities director. Healthcare agent may sign up residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Reiki is coordinated in this setting by a registered nurse with a history of working with patients with Alzheimer’s and dementia and offered as supportive care. Special attention is paid towards comfort, safety, hygiene and confidentiality.
